Having recently moved to Kelowna I am currently accepting new patients!!
As a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC) since 2023, and holding a degree in Social Work, I bring a holistic approach to my practice. My background fuels my passion for helping people on their wellness journeys. I customomize each session to your individual needs, aiming to reduce stress, promote recovery, and foster a sense of balance in both body and mind.
My approach blends therapeutic techniques with a calm, grounding environment, Whether you are looking for deep tissue work, relaxation or ongoing support for chronic tension, I’m here to help you feel your best.
I am inspired to help others heal and recover from acute and chronic injuries with further training in Pregnancy massage, TMJD and Hot Stones.
Please fill out the intake form on-line before arriving, this will save you time at your first appointment and give you more time on the table! Direct billing available to most major insurance, however please note that each insurance policy has difference coverage. If you have any questions regarding coverage, please contact me to find out if I direct bill to your insurance.
